GTM AI work

AI for sales, marketing and customer growth.

Marketing, sales, and account teams often have useful signals scattered across campaigns, conversations, and systems. AI can help prepare the next decision; people still own the message, the relationship, and the result.

Start with one commercial question

Where should a campaign focus? Which sales handoff needs context? What would make the next customer conversation useful? Name one question and the information the team already trusts. AI can assemble a brief or comparison, while a commercial lead checks the evidence and chooses the next move.

Our homepage uses illustrative accounts and campaign choices to demonstrate this pattern. Those examples do not establish that a real customer bought more, a campaign performed better, or a sale closed.

Close the loop with people

The team should be able to see why a suggestion appeared, correct a weak one, and pause the process. A useful GTM workflow ties preparation to an owned action and records what actually happened afterward.

People approve any external message and speak with customers. AI-assisted preparation is not a confirmed opportunity, booked meeting, or revenue until the relevant outcome is observed and recorded.

AI for wholesale distributors: prepare the next account conversation

Consider a distributor whose account managers review purchase history, open quotes and customer requests before calling an account. With approved records, AI could assemble a dated brief that identifies changes and points back to the supporting information. This is an illustrative workflow, not a client result or a connected product demonstration.

A useful brief separates an observed change from a possible explanation. A drop in orders may reflect seasonality, a delayed project or missing records. The account manager checks the evidence, decides whether a conversation is warranted and approves any message. Pricing exceptions go to the person with pricing authority; the draft does not change prices or contact customers.

Test a customer expansion workflow against actual outcomes

Start with the current time needed to prepare an account review and the proportion of briefs that need correction. During a pilot, record preparation plus review time, unsupported suggestions and whether the manager used the brief. Agree what would justify continuing before the pilot begins.

Record customer responses, qualified opportunities and realized revenue separately. A suggested cross-sell is a hypothesis until the account team validates the need. Compare results over an agreed period and account for other changes in the business before attributing growth to AI.

Questions worth asking

Does AI send messages to prospects?
The examples on this site do not send outreach. A person reviews and approves any external communication.
Which GTM question should we start with?
Choose a decision with a clear owner, usable source information, and a way to check whether the output helped.
How do we know it worked?
Agree on a baseline and outcome definition before testing. A suggested action and an actual customer response are different measures.
